“I really want to make some electric art,” he said. He pulled the elastic gum between his teeth and stretched it, his eyes narrowing as if he might have been displeased about something. She didn’t know what ‘electric art’ was but she immediately invisioned neon green lights, like the kind adorning any local bar, and figured it had something to do with that.
